Wick Maintenance: Before lighting, always trim the wick to 5mm to guarantee an even burn and prolong the life of your candle. Untrimmed wicks will cause smoke.

First Burn: When lighting your candle for the first time, let the wax melt to the edges of the vessel before putting it out. This creates a memory for the candle, ensuring a clean, consistent burn.

Burn Duration: Avoid burning your candle for more than 3 hours consecutively. Once the wax diminishes to half the vessel’s height, reduce burn time to 1 hour intervals.

End of Life: Stop using your candle when about 10mm of wax remains.

Tunneling in a candle occurs when you extinguish the flame too soon, creating a tunnel-like hollow around the edges. This unburned wax can limit the candle’s overall burn performance and make it challenging to light in the future. To avoid this issue, make sure to allow your candle to burn until the entire top layer has turned into liquid wax. This will promote an even wax melt and prevent tunneling.

Absolutely! We understand that discerning candle scents online can be challenging. That’s why we provide a complimentary sniffer sample for a clearer sense with each purchase. However, it’s worth noting that these are not wax melts, and the wax used for melts differs from this sample.
