Returns Policy
At Etzio & Co, quality and customer satisfaction are at the heart of what we do. We meticulously craft each product to meet our high standards. However, if you feel your purchase isn’t up to par, please reach out to us here.
Faulty/Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, kindly share a photo with us. We’ll assess the situation and promptly offer a replacement or refund, whichever suits you best.
Change of Mind:
While we don’t provide exchanges, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind. We’ll gladly process a refund for items returned within 7 days of receipt, as long as they remain unused and are returned in their original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return:
- Please contact Etzio & Co. first via email hello@etzioandco.com.au
- Package the items securely, ensuring they are well-protected against potential damage during transit. We recommend repackaging them as they were sent to you.
- You’ll be responsible for the return postage costs to Coombabah, Gold Coast. Please ensure the return has tracking to ensure its safe arrival.
- Provide us with the tracking number via email.
- Once we receive and inspect the items, and confirm they are in their original condition, we’ll process your refund.
Please note:
Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that the order was placed, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
Nature of Product:
Etzio & Co. acknowledge that each piece is handcrafted and may exhibit slight imperfections, distinguishing it from the website images. Such variations are inherent to the handmade nature of our items and should not be considered defects. The candle jars, occasionally, might have subtle blemishes like faint indents, marks, or scratches. However, these do not compromise the product’s quality or performance.
